We understand that when you make an order, you want your merch as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. Additionally, we work closely with our vendors in order to have the product shipped directly to you from their warehouse if that means you will get the product faster.
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping for order above $30 value, from our warehouses in Korea, India & China by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.
SHIPPING TO OVER 200 COUNTRIES
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries worldwide.
However, there are some locations we are unable to ship due to covid-19 issues. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
The order processing time might take up to 2-4 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any, these charges must be paid by the customers. Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION
Sure, we will send your order tracking information & tracking link within 1-3 business days after processing your order which means after we ship it. We will always make sure to provide it as quickly as possible!

WHAT IS A INSURED SHIPPING?
If you place your order with insured shipping, order will be protected meaning that if your package is not arrived within 45 business days, we will be happy to make a full refund without question asked, OR will also be happy to resend/replace another package (the same items) in your order for free.
WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?
Depending on the country you live, shipping internationally usually takes 60 days at most but for example if you live in the US, Europe or East Asia, it takes maximum 24 business days for the package to arrive + 3 processing days. For rare cases, shipping may take longer due to covid-19, weather and waiting for airline to transfer the package & customs.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated on the system after the item is shipped. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us via email at email@example.com
MY TRACKING INFO SHOWS MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVE IT
We know how important your order is! We provides our customers with the option to track your package. If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check around your neighbourhood in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office. Sometime the package cannot be delivered because you entered an INCORRECT phone number during your checkout so our shipping company cannot contact you when the package arrived at your location.
